Peak weeks, rebooking and transfers
Christmas, New Year and February half-term are commonly Saturday to Saturday with a seven-night minimum; confirm each chalet's minimum and compare live partner rates. Book the festive fortnight as early as your dates are fixed.
Val d'Isère Tourisme gives about 40 minutes from Bourg-Saint-Maurice station by bus or taxi, and about three hours by road from Geneva or Lyon. Public transport arrives at La Daille, from which a free shuttle runs to the village centre.
- Ask whether the chalet skis out on the Bellevarde or Solaise side; it changes your morning.
