Booking

How do I book a villa on iLuxuryTravels?
Open a stay page, review its recorded details and booking terms, then follow the partner booking link. Select or confirm your dates on the partner site, where payment and confirmation take place. iLuxuryTravels does not operate an email booking desk.
Are the rates shown on the site live?
Stay pages show dated rate samples, not live quotes or confirmed availability. Each sample applies to its recorded dates, option and terms. Check the current payable price on the partner site.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum stays vary by property, dates and rate option. There is no collection-wide four-night or seven-night minimum. Review recorded terms on the stay page and confirm your exact dates with the partner.
Can I hold dates while I decide?
iLuxuryTravels cannot hold dates. Check the booking partner's current availability, payment and cancellation terms before making a reservation; a free-cancellation window is not guaranteed.
Who am I actually booking with?
Bookings are completed through Stay22 partner links. The partner checkout identifies the booking provider and contractual terms before you pay; iLuxuryTravels curates and links to stays rather than taking reservations.

Cancellations & changes

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the exact property, option and dates. Read the partner checkout terms before confirming; do not assume a rate is refundable.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Request changes through the booking provider using your confirmation. The provider confirms whether a change is permitted and any applicable charges.
What happens if a stay becomes unavailable?
Contact the booking provider shown in your confirmation. The applicable contract and consumer law determine any refund, replacement or other remedy; iLuxuryTravels cannot guarantee an outcome.
Do I need travel insurance?
Consider travel insurance appropriate to your itinerary and circumstances. Check exclusions, medical cover, cancellation limits and official travel advice with the insurer before purchasing.

Payment

How do I pay for a booking?
Payment takes place on the booking partner's checkout. Available payment methods are shown there. iLuxuryTravels does not collect your card details for the reservation.
In which currency will I be charged?
Each recorded sample names its currency. The booking partner confirms the actual charge currency and payable total; your payment provider may apply conversion or other charges.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Use only the payment methods offered by the booking provider at checkout. iLuxuryTravels does not arrange bank transfers or collect reservation payments.
Are taxes and fees included?
Inclusions and exclusions are option-specific. Recorded samples preserve known charges and uncertainties; review the partner's final total, taxes, mandatory fees and any deposit before paying.

Understanding the stays

What details can I rely on?
Individual pages distinguish recorded property details, dated samples and service terms. Unconfirmed information is omitted or qualified. Neither a price nor a luxury label establishes included services.
What is included in the rate?
Only property-specific recorded terms establish inclusions. Chef services, housekeeping, meals, transfers, pools and other amenities are not guaranteed collection-wide; check the exact option with the booking partner.
How is a villa different from a luxury hotel?
Accommodation layout, facilities and services vary by property and option. Compare recorded bedrooms, capacity, privacy and terms rather than assuming every villa has a private pool or staff.
Are the stays inspected?
The site records supplied and partner-linked evidence; this does not establish a first-hand inspection. Property imagery remains illustrative unless its identity and rights have been verified. Review each page's disclosures.
Can you help me compare stays?
Use destination pages, collections and the villa comparison tool to compare recorded details. Confirm any unresolved capacity, services and booking terms with the partner before reserving.

Which destinations are safest?
We do not rank destinations by safety. Read your government's current country and regional advice for your itinerary, and consider your own circumstances. Editorial briefings are not a safety guarantee.
Is it safe to travel to Mexico for a villa holiday?
Check current official advice for the exact states and itinerary you intend to visit. A resort or villa location does not remove regional restrictions or establish safety.
Is a private villa safer than a hotel?
There is no verified collection-wide comparison. Check the property's access arrangements, emergency contacts and location, along with current official advice; accommodation type alone does not establish safety.
Where should I check official travel advice?
Read your own government's current advice before booking and departure. UK travellers can use the FCDO foreign travel advice pages; US travellers can use the State Department's travel advisories. Check regional restrictions and insurance implications.
