1. Who we are

iLuxuryTravels (iluxurytravels.com) is operated by ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC is an architectural stay-search, editorial curation and affiliate platform. It is not a direct lodging provider or merchant of record, and it may earn a commission from partner bookings.

2. Intellectual property

ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC owns its original branding, editorial intellectual property and custom illustrations to the extent it holds the applicable rights. These terms do not claim exclusive copyright where it does not legally arise, or ownership of provider software, licensed photographs, partner content or user contributions; those materials retain their respective rights holders. Visiting the site does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view pages and use the site's normal features for personal, non-commercial travel planning only.

Formal ownership and permitted-use provisions in these terms remain subject to future counsel review; nothing here establishes a blanket assignment of rights.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, data models or underlying methods of the website or any part of it;

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, frame, mirror or systematically extract content, listings, pricing, availability or any other data from the site, whether manually or by bots, scripts or automated tools, except for bona fide search-engine indexing within the limits set out in robots.txt;

• Use the site's content or data to build, train or improve a competing service, database or model;

• Bypass, probe or interfere with the site's security, access controls or rate limits.

4. API access and commercial use

Any API, machine-readable feed or structured data endpoint connected with iLuxuryTravels is provided for evaluation and personal use only. Commercial use — including resale, redistribution, bulk retrieval, integration into another product, or any revenue-generating reliance on our data or endpoints — is strictly prohibited without a signed enterprise API licence agreement with ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC.

Enterprise partners, travel suppliers and luxury brands that wish to use our APIs or inventory data must contact admin@iluxurytravels.com to negotiate an enterprise API licence agreement before any commercial use begins. Unauthorised commercial API calls constitute a material breach of these terms.

5. Bookings and third-party partners

Stays shown on the site are booked with independent booking partners or accommodation providers. The selected partner handles the booking, payment and applicable lodging terms, and your contract for any stay is with them. ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC is not the accommodation provider or merchant of record, and our enquiry form does not make a reservation. Rates and availability shown on the site are indicative and are confirmed only with the partner at the point of booking.

6. Content and accuracy

Editorial guides, reports and rate information are provided in good faith for general information. They are not advice, and figures marked as indicative are planning estimates only. We may update or withdraw content at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or booking partners, or for any loss arising from reliance on indicative information on the site.

8. Enforcement and changes

We reserve the right to suspend or block access, and to pursue all available legal remedies, in respect of any breach of these terms — including unauthorised scraping, reverse-engineering or commercial API use. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies from the date it is published. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
