1. Who we are

iLuxuryTravels (iluxurytravels.com) is an online curation service that presents luxury hotels, villas, chalets and estates and connects guests with third-party booking partners. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Intellectual property

The website and everything that makes it work — including its source code, software architecture, database structures, search and ranking logic, editorial text, guides, reports, compilations of rates and availability, design and branding — is the exclusive property of iLuxuryTravels and its founder, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No part of it is transferred or licensed to you by visiting the site.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view pages and use the site's normal features for personal, non-commercial travel planning only.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, data models or underlying methods of the website or any part of it;

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, frame, mirror or systematically extract content, listings, pricing, availability or any other data from the site, whether manually or by bots, scripts or automated tools, except for bona fide search-engine indexing within the limits set out in robots.txt;

• Use the site's content or data to build, train or improve a competing service, database or model;

• Bypass, probe or interfere with the site's security, access controls or rate limits.

4. API access and commercial use

Any API, machine-readable feed or structured data endpoint connected with iLuxuryTravels is provided for evaluation and personal use only. Commercial use — including resale, redistribution, bulk retrieval, integration into another product, or any revenue-generating reliance on our data or endpoints — is strictly prohibited without a signed enterprise API licence agreement with iLuxuryTravels.

Enterprise partners, travel suppliers and luxury brands that wish to use our APIs or inventory data must contact us through the site's enquiry page to negotiate an enterprise API licence agreement before any commercial use begins. Unauthorised commercial API calls constitute a material breach of these terms.

5. Bookings and third-party partners

Stays shown on the site are booked directly with independent third-party suppliers through our booking partner network. Your contract for any stay is with the relevant supplier, on that supplier's own terms. iLuxuryTravels does not act as the accommodation provider and is not a party to your booking. Rates and availability shown on the site are indicative and are confirmed at the point of booking with the supplier.

6. Content and accuracy

Editorial guides, reports and rate information are provided in good faith for general information. They are not advice, and figures marked as indicative are planning estimates only. We may update or withdraw content at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLuxuryTravels is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or booking partners, or for any loss arising from reliance on indicative information on the site.

8. Enforcement and changes

We reserve the right to suspend or block access, and to pursue all available legal remedies, in respect of any breach of these terms — including unauthorised scraping, reverse-engineering or commercial API use. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies from the date it is published. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
