1. About this notice

ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC, trading as iLuxuryTravels, operates iluxurytravels.com. This baseline notice describes the information used by this website and the choices available to you. Contact admin@iluxurytravels.com about enquiries or privacy.

This notice is not a certification of legal compliance. It does not limit rights that apply where you live or claim that Washington State law is the only law that can apply.

2. Information you choose to provide

We use the information you send to respond to you or provide the feature you choose. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passports, identity documents or sensitive medical information.

• Email and enquiries: your email address, name and message, plus any optional phone number, subject, stay reference or originating page submitted through the enquiry form. Email correspondence and website enquiries are not partner bookings.
• Accounts: sign-in and session information used to provide access to account features. Your sign-in provider handles its part of the login under its own policy.
• Trip planning: destinations, dates, nights, guest numbers, budget, interests and notes entered to create a plan. An AI-processing service handles planning inputs; do not include confidential or sensitive information. A plan is not a confirmed booking.
• Reviews: the name, rating and text you submit may be published after moderation. Contact details supplied for moderation are not part of the public review.
• Data requests: request type, email, optional name and details, jurisdiction and handling records used to locate records and review your request.

3. Cookies, storage and consent

Optional audience measurement and partner marketing start off unless a valid current consent choice is saved. Reject all keeps both off; Manage choices lets you select them separately. Necessary hosting, security and sign-in processing are separate: declining optional tracking does not make every network request or service log disappear.

The embedded Stay22 map makes no map request before marketing consent. Enable Interactive Map & Partner Rates opens your privacy choices. Without marketing consent, booking links omit optional campaign, UTM, custom and sub-tracking parameters, including nested partner links. Partner account IDs and search details remain so the links work.

Use Privacy Choices in the footer or the button below to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal removes the map and stored identifiers for the disabled optional categories, and cleans saved partner links. It does not erase previous records or cookies held by independent partners. Choices apply to this browser and device; changed or invalid choices may require a new decision.

• Necessary storage: iLT.consent.v2 remembers your choices, decision time and policy version. Authentication/session storage supports sign-in where used. Reject all does not disable necessary storage.
• Optional audience measurement: ilx_session stores a per-tab identifier when allowed. Measurement includes page paths, view identifiers, time on page, referral information, internal-link clicks and a hosting-supplied country code where available. The site's measurement records do not save your name, email or IP address. Disabling measurement removes the session identifier.
• Optional partner attribution: iLT.attribution.v1 holds session campaign/referral details when marketing is allowed; withdrawing marketing clears it.
• Local storage normally remains until you, the browser or the site removes it. Session storage normally lasts for the tab's session. Browser settings can change this; clearing site data can remove choices and sign you out.

4. Service providers and booking partners

Hosting, Lovable Cloud, authentication, email and AI-processing providers process information needed for the features you use. Hosting and security providers receive connection information, including an IP address, when serving requests. Authorised administrators can review internal enquiries and data requests.

All bookings are completed on a selected booking partner's website through the Stay22 network. Enabling a map or following a booking link contacts external services, even if you declined optional tracking. They receive link search details and normal connection information and may use their own cookies or storage. Their policies govern checkout, payment and confirmation. iLuxuryTravels does not collect card details through partner checkout.

We do not claim that providers process information only in Washington or the United States. Provider processing locations and contractual transfer arrangements require further review; this notice makes no unverified transfer-framework or data-processing-agreement assurance. Email us with questions about recipients and processing locations.

5. Keeping information and responding to requests

Submitted records can remain after your visit. Fixed automatic deletion periods have not been confirmed for every record type; we do not promise a universal retention period or immediate deletion from backups. Retention arrangements remain under review.

Email admin@iluxurytravels.com or use the form below to ask about access, correction, a copy, deletion or an opt-out. Rights depend on applicable law, not just the location of our business. We may need information to verify your identity or an agent's authority. Recording a request is not confirmation that it has been fulfilled.

Account removal, public review removal and requests to independent partners may need separate handling. Restricted administrative access and secure connections help protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the site's information handling changes. Material changes to optional consent categories may require a new choice. Contact admin@iluxurytravels.com for clarification or to raise a privacy concern.

7. Manage your privacy choices

Choose audience measurement and partner maps/attribution separately. You can reject optional categories without losing access to browsing or booking links.

8. Make a data request

Use this form to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to opt out of sharing. Requests are recorded for administrator review; submitting this form does not automatically delete data.
