What a Harbour Island villa costs
Harbour Island is three and a half miles long, and the whole rental market divides into two: villas on the pink Atlantic beach, and clapboard villas in Dunmore Town on the sheltered harbour side. Beach villas are generally priced higher; town houses put you in walking distance of dinner.

Direct sand access, dunes, sunrise swims and the highest rates on the island. Cart ride into town for dinner.
Dunmore Town
Colonial clapboard villas with walled gardens, walking distance to restaurants, the bakery and the harbour. The most sociable base.
Harbour side and the marina
Sunsets, boat access and calm water for children; a short cart ride to the beach.
The south end
Quieter and greener than the town centre, reached by golf cart.
