What we collect and where it is stored
Enquiries and correspondence
- Information
- Name, email and message; optional phone number, subject, stay reference and originating page when supplied through the enquiry form.
- Storage and processing
- Website enquiries are saved in the site’s backend for administrator review. Messages emailed to us are handled separately by the email service.
- Purpose
- Responding to enquiries and keeping the associated correspondence.
Accounts
- Information
- Sign-in identifiers and account/session information.
- Storage and processing
- Authentication records are handled by the account service; session information can also be stored in your browser.
- Purpose
- Signing you in and providing access to account features.
Trip planning
- Information
- Destinations, dates, nights, guests, budget, interests and notes you enter.
- Storage and processing
- Planning inputs are processed by an AI service. Saved plans and links may remain in browser storage; separate usage records support request limits.
- Purpose
- Creating travel plans and operating the planning feature, not confirming a booking.
Reviews
- Information
- Submitted name, rating and review text; contact information supplied for moderation.
- Storage and processing
- Review records are held in the backend. Approved names, ratings and text can appear publicly; moderation contact details are not part of the public review.
- Purpose
- Moderation and displaying approved contributions.
Privacy requests
- Information
- Request type, email, optional name and details, jurisdiction and handling records.
- Storage and processing
- Recorded in the backend for authorised administrator review.
- Purpose
- Locating records, verifying requests and recording their handling.
Optional audience measurement
- Information
- Page paths, view and per-tab identifiers, time on page, referrals, internal-link clicks and a hosting-supplied country code where available.
- Storage and processing
- Measurement events are stored by the site when analytics consent is enabled; the per-tab identifier is in session storage. These measurement records do not save your name, email or IP address.

- Understanding readership after optional consent.
Consent and partner attribution
- Information
- Consent choices, decision time and policy version; optional campaign/referral details.
- Storage and processing
- Consent choices are kept in local storage; permitted partner attribution is kept in session storage. Disabling the relevant optional category clears its stored identifiers.

- Remembering your choices and, only with marketing consent, partner attribution.
Connection and operational information
- Information
- Connection information including an IP address received when providers serve requests.

- Hosting, security and service providers process connection information and may keep operational logs separately from optional site measurement.

- Delivering the site and supporting its operation and security.
Who is responsible, and who owns what?
Website operator. ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC operates this website and is the contact for its information handling. Service providers process information to deliver the features you choose; operating or storing a record is not the same as owning every right in it.
Search, editorial and affiliate role. ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC is an architectural stay-search, editorial curation and affiliate platform, not a direct lodging provider or merchant of record. We may earn a commission from partner bookings. The selected booking partner or accommodation provider handles the booking, payment and applicable lodging terms; our enquiry form does not make a reservation.
Your personal information. We do not describe personal information as our unrestricted property. Your applicable privacy rights remain, including requests about access, correction or deletion. Contributions containing personal information can also carry separate intellectual-property rights; this notice does not claim a blanket transfer of those rights.
Website content and software. ILUXURY TRAVELS LLC owns its original branding, editorial intellectual property and custom illustrations to the extent it holds the applicable rights. This does not claim exclusive copyright where it does not legally arise, or ownership of provider software, licensed photographs, partner content or user contributions. Those materials retain their respective rights holders. Visiting the site does not transfer ownership to you. Formal Terms of Service ownership and permitted-use provisions remain subject to future counsel review; this disclosure does not establish a blanket assignment of rights.
Booking partners. Stay22 and the selected booking partner handle their own services under their policies. Following a booking link sends its search details and normal connection information to external services. Partner checkout, payment and confirmation are separate from our enquiry records; iLuxuryTravels does not collect card details through that checkout.
Storage limits and your choices
Browser storage is on your device, not a promise that information stays on your device once you use a server or partner feature. Local storage normally persists until removed; session storage normally lasts for a tab’s session. Clearing it may sign you out or remove choices and saved plans.
Optional audience measurement and partner marketing start off without a valid current choice. The embedded map stays unloaded before marketing consent; booking links omit optional campaign and sub-tracking details without that consent. Necessary hosting and sign-in processing remain separate.
Fixed deletion periods, complete provider processing locations, backup removal and contractual international-transfer arrangements have not been confirmed for every record type. This page makes no Washington-only storage, encryption-standard or legal-compliance guarantee. These matters remain subject to review.
