Villa Saltwater Haven – villa in Coronet Lane

Villa Saltwater Haven is recorded in the supplied Booking.com capture at Coronet Lane, East Hampton, NY 11937. The selected entire-villa option records 7 bedrooms and a maximum of 14 guests. The seven-night sample for 19–26 June 2027 displays US$17,000 per night and US$124,460 total; the displayed nightly figure is preserved rather than recalculated; the capture separately describes charges. Included: US$700 cleaning fee per stay and 4% service charge. Excluded: 14.5% tax. Cancellation: the capture shows "Free cancellation before 20 April 2027" and states "You may cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If you don't show up, you will be charged the total price of the reservation." Prepayment: the selected option states "No prepayment needed – pay at the property" and "No prepayment is needed", while the property's need-to-know list states "Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions." Expect bank-transfer instructions after booking; the partner's checkout governs which applies. Rental agreement: "Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival." Parties: "This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties." Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 and guests must show photo identification and a credit card on arrival. No age restriction is recorded for check-in. Pets are not allowed. No meal option. Payment statements in the same capture are recorded verbatim: the selected option says no prepayment is needed and payment is at the property, while the need-to-know list requires payment before arrival by bank transfer with instructions sent after you book. The partner's checkout governs which applies. Rental agreement must be signed and returned prior to arrival. Hen, stag and similar parties are not allowed. No current availability or photo verification. These are supplied dated research records, not current offers. The two-adult search filter is not the rental capacity. Photos, rights and current availability have not been verified; final terms and booking remain with the partner.

How booking works

We do not take booking payments. Stay22 links open a booking partner, which handles payment and confirmation under its own terms. Confirm the exact accommodation, dates, guests, total price, taxes and cancellation policy before paying. Search results may include other stays.
