The Aspen Pricing Index
Why one fortnight in December carries a third of the year's revenue, and what the other fifty weeks actually cost.
Seasonal bands
Aspen has the steepest festive curve of any destination in the Collection. The block from 19 December to 3 January prices at three to five times the same house in January midweek, and the second and third weeks of January are the cheapest good snow in North America.

Neighbourhood premiums
Address and access price separately here. Red Mountain sells the view back at Ajax, the West End sells walking, Starwood sells acreage behind a gate, and Snowmass sells the door-to-slope transition at a discount to all three.

Staffing and transfers
Service is where the festive block quietly doubles again. Chefs, drivers and ski concierges are contracted before the houses fill, and the 24th, 25th and 31st carry premiums as a matter of course.
Private chef
USD 700 - 1,300 a day in regular season, USD 1,100 - 2,200 across the festive block, with holiday premiums on the 24th, 25th and 31st.
Driver with SUV
USD 700 - 1,100 a day, rising to USD 900 - 1,600 over the holidays. Parking in the West End is the reason most groups take one.
Ski concierge
USD 250 - 500 a day for boot fitting, storage and lift logistics, USD 400 - 750 festive.
Aviation
ASE handling runs USD 1,500 - 4,000 a movement and USD 2,500 - 6,000 over the holidays; weather diversions to Eagle or Denver should be planned for, not hoped against.
Methodology & limitations
Bands are read from live connected partner inventory for Aspen and Snowmass residences of four bedrooms and above with a hot tub and daily housekeeping, compared against the same houses in the January midweek trough. Ranges describe what the market asks, not a quote: live pricing for any specific estate is confirmed at the point of reservation through our partner network. Figures exclude local lodging tax.
